It still amazes me that an indigenous real estate firm can really be this transparent, I reside in Capetown 'South AFrica and my brother introduced Godson Homes EPE phase 1 Land to me, at 1st i was skeptical about investing again in Nigeria after series of bad deals from other real estate agent, but i got a convinced after series of checks and i eventually bought 1 acre, to my surprise i was called immediately for allocation and my brother stood in gap for me and all my documents /survey details was handed over to my brother and a soft copy emailed to me, since then i have gone ahead not only to buy other Abraham Godson's Homes lands but also bought buy back plans in alot of their estates.
