Yaki Resident Stephen is a Nigerian-born Real Estate Consultant, Public Speaker and Sales Trainer. The Resident as fondly called is a graduate of Sociology from the better by far institution; University of Ilorin, Kwara State.

Using his Sociological experience, The Resident has been able to bridge the gap between cultural, educational and religious diversities with work place and social inclusion.

The Resident has served in different capacities including Real Estate Team Lead, Head of Sales and Marketing, Head of Orientation and Training, Head Customer and Client Resolution Services.

In the above listed capacities, He has trained, mentored and overseen the success of up to 1000 realtors, in different part of Nigeria including Lagos, Port Harcourt, Delta, Kano, Ibadan among others.

In addition to the above, The Resident is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the British Project Management Institute.
